Every Stylyne piece follows one of two timelines:
- In stock: normally dispatched within 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed.
- Made after ordering: if your selected piece is not currently in stock, it is prepared after you order as part of our limited-run production. Please allow 10–15 business days—approximately 2–3 weeks—before dispatch.
Orders combining in-stock and made-after-order pieces normally ship together once everything is ready. If you need an in-stock piece sooner, email us before ordering so we can confirm whether separate delivery is possible and whether an additional charge applies.
After dispatch, delivery is usually the next business day within Bulgaria and approximately 5–10 business days to the European Union and Norway. Customs processing may extend delivery to Norway. We email your tracking link as soon as the parcel is dispatched. These estimates begin after dispatch and do not include preparation time.

Gently hand-wash or machine-wash on a delicate cycle (no fabric softener or spin). Reshape and hang to air-dry.
LEGAL GUARANTEE
The legal guarantee covers a lack of conformity, such as a manufacturing or material fault, that becomes apparent within two years of delivery.
