What size should I order?
Our skirts are made with an elastic waistband and therefore the size can be easily adjusted. On the product page we have provided a handy guide to assist you in picking the correct size. We advise you to measure your waist before ordering.
How do I take proper care of my pleated skirt?
Within your order package you will find a card with the specific care instructions for your particular item. In general, to ensure the longevity of your skirt's pleats and avoid damage we recommend:
- Hand-washing it or using a machine hand-wash setting.
- Do not use fabric softener or the spin cycle feature of your washing machine.
- Air dry your skirt on a hanger, do not squeeze or deform the item, no tumble dry.
- Do not iron or use steam as they both damage the pleats permanently.
- Avoid leaving it on hot surfaces for a long time.
- Dry cleaning is normally fine but we advise only using perchlorethylene.
What types of fabrics do you use?
We use only high-quality non-recycled polyester sourced from the finest European manufacturers.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, make sure that your country is on our shipping list. If not, send us an email at support@stylyne.com and we will try to find a way to ship to your country.

What is the estimated shipping and delivery time?
For our European customers you can expect your order in 3 to 7 workdays. For the rest of the world, within 8-15 workdays.
Can I return or exchange my skirt if it doesn't fit?
We accept returns within two weeks of purchase as per EU law. We extend this policy to all our customers regardless of country of origin. Please refer to our [Returns & Exchanges] page for more information. We do not accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the standard return process and after that place a new order.

Are your skirts suitable for all seasons?
They can be worn in hot weather as well as chill temperatures, preferably with an undergarment (like tights or leggings).
Can I sign up for notifications when a specific item is back in stock?
You can preorder any products that are currently out of stock. We will try to ship them to you as soon as possible, usually within 2 to 4 weeks, but cannot guarantee exact times.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders or wholesale purchases?

Are your skirts true to color as shown on the website?
We do our best to provide accurate depictions of our products however it is possible that fabric colors might slightly vary. We try to maintain a high level of quality for all our products but if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the print you can make a return.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
