If your chosen skirt or other garment is not currently in stock, we will make it especially for you in our family-run atelier. Please allow 2–3 weeks for crafting. Once every item is completed, your order will be shipped from Bulgaria, and delivery usually takes around 3-7 days after the order has been processed, depending on your location.
If you're ordering for a special occasion, we kindly recommend placing your order as early as possible to ensure your piece arrives in time.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the completed return form.
