Warranty

In our family-run atelier, we craft each Stylyne garment with care and precision. Small-batch production, top-quality materials, and sustainable practices ensure every piece is built for longevity.

As a promise to our values of enduring design and ethical manufacturing, each Stylyne garment includes a two-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Covered: This warranty protects against any manufacturing-related functional defect in your garment. For example, it includes issues such as:

  • Pleats: Loss of pleating shape or pleats coming undone due to a production fault.
  • Elastic waistbands: Elastic or waistbands breaking or losing tension because of faulty materials or construction.
  • Stitching and seams: Seams or stitching that unravel or come apart under normal use due to workmanship.
  • Hems: Hems coming undone or unfinished due to a manufacturing error.

If any of these functional elements fail as a result of a production fault, simply contact us, and we will repair your garment at no charge, right here in our atelier.

Not Covered: Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or improper care. This includes:

  • Normal wear and tear: Gradual fading or subtle changes from regular use (these are natural over time and not defects).
  • Improper care: Damage caused by machine washing, tumble drying, high-heat ironing or steaming above recommended temperatures, or using harsh chemicals.
  • Accidents or misuse: Snags, stains, tears, or other damage from actions outside normal wear (e.g. rough handling, cuts, burns).

Please note: To protect your Stylyne garment, we include detailed care instructions with each piece. Following these guidelines will help maintain pleats and fabric quality and keep your garment looking its best for years to come.

How to Claim: To initiate a warranty claim, contact our Customer Support team with your order details (order number and purchase date) and a description (with photos, if possible) of the issue.

You can reach us via our contact page or email us directly. We will review your claim and, if the damage is covered, guide you through the next steps. 

Repairs: All warranty repairs are handled in-house by our skilled team of artisans.

We do not outsource repairs to third parties, your garment will be treated with the same precision and care with which it was made.

Once repaired, we will return your piece to you, renewed and ready to wear.

In some cases, if repair isn’t feasible, we will discuss the appropriate solution with you (such as a replacement).
